Με την ψυχρή σφράγιση, απαιτείται μόνο πίεση για την τέλεια συγκόλληση της κάρτας με την κάρτα. Μια κάρτα cold seal blister είναι επικαλυμμένη με συγκολλητικό υλικό ευαίσθητο στην πίεση της σειράς Ecobliss CS8000 που καθιστά δυνατή τη σφράγιση της κάρτας χωρίς τη χρήση θερμότητας ή ηλεκτρισμού.
